Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods for each item.

Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we do not control it completely because of the fact that several parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. Be aware that your order is out of stock when your order has been made.

The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

To be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
